On my websites main pages the breadcrumbs are not being displayed. I have the Title Bar Settings set to
display the title bar with page title and breadcrumb navigation. The breadcrumbs are show correctly on my portfolio page so am not sure whats up.
Hey controlC!
Thank you for using the support forum!
We’re sorry that you’re experiencing the issue. If you don’t mind posting the link to the actual page without the breadcrumbs, that will help. Did you just recently updated the theme? From what version did you update? There are some options that tend to be stuck when you’re using a very old version and updated the theme to the latest release.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hey!
Thank you for the login credentials.
I’m sorry but I’m still not sure why the title and breadcrumbs are not showing. I noticed that there is a javascript error on the console. Did you add the quick sand script on your child theme folder? Is it ok if you disable that first? We’ll check it again after. If you don’t mind please deactivate the plugins especially the All-in-One SEO Pack.
Best regards,
Ismael
Ok quick sand script disabled along with all plugins.
One thing that I have noticed is that the breadcrumbs do not appear on pages that were create 3 month’s ago. If I create a new page now or create a new post the breadcrumbs will always show up.
Found what was wrong. Had to go into the custom field and update the header from no to yes. After that the breadcrumb appeared on the required page. Thanks anyway for the help.
