    Would it be possible to change the “start” to my company name?

    Hey adferger1!

    Please add following code to Functions.php file in Appearance > Editor 

    add_filter( 'avia_breadcrumbs_args', 'avia_breadcrumbs_args_mod', 10, 1 );
function avia_breadcrumbs_args_mod( $args ) {
	$args['show_home'] = __( 'YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE', 'avia_framework' );
	return $args;
}
