August 17, 2016 at 6:44 am #673520Hi foxfamily238,
Please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardAugust 17, 2016 at 10:11 pm #673871Is this public or private?
Should I be putting the admin login here?August 18, 2016 at 12:33 am #673908Hi!
You will see “Private Content” field where you can insert sensitive information and they will be only visible to you and us, moderators.
If you would not like to provide logins, please switch to a default theme and go to Appearance > Menus and you will see red menu items which are broken. Please remove them and then switch back to Enfold. That will solve the issue.Best regards,
YigitAugust 18, 2016 at 9:48 pm #674361Still screwed up.
August 18, 2016 at 9:50 pm #674362This is a shame. I was REALLY liking the WP theme, but now I regret ever purchasing this. The customer service is HORRIBLE. depending on if you guys fix this and explain what the flip happened to the menu portion, I will be posting the end result on many Social Media platforms for people to either know you helped, or to be aware and watch out from purchasing this theme.
August 18, 2016 at 9:55 pm #674365I am putting a second time the WP credentials in the private section.
August 18, 2016 at 10:09 pm #674368Hi!
I checked it and it was as Yigit already said above: some of the items in your menu seem to be broken. You can see it if you simply activate the default theme and open the menu page. Here is a screenshot
https://www.dropbox.com/s/kw0kltps3xg43ih/Screenshot%202016-08-18%2022.04.24.png?dl=0
Since I do not know if you want to keep that menu for any reason, I simply created a new Main Menu and set it as default menu for now. This one you can edit without problems since it does not contain any faulty menu items. If you want to edit the old menu you need to switch to the default theme and then open the menu page. Meanwhile we will investigate the issue and make sure it does not happen again in the future.
Cheers!
KriesiAugust 18, 2016 at 10:17 pm #674369No, NOT fixed. Just checked the same menu area. Screwed up still. Why are you saying it’s “fixed”. It’s not fixed at all.
check for yourself. This theme has a CODING error. Please fix.
August 18, 2016 at 10:26 pm #674375Hey!
As I said: The old menu is still broken because of the broken menu items it contains. You can – for now – either use the new one I created which does not contain broken items, or delete the broken items from the old menu by temporarily switching to the default wordpress theme. What I meant with “fixed” is that you now can use the menu manager and create a working menu.
And as I said, we will investigate it and make sure that this will not happen again. The next version of the theme will include a bugfix for this. But I need to first learn how to create a broken menu item like you got it here, so that I can apply a permanent fix. I am afraid this is nothing that I can do on your installation since it would require me to accces your FTP server and your file system.
If thats something you would want feel free to post me your FTP credentials, otherwise you will need to wait for the next Theme update.
Cheers!
KriesiAugust 18, 2016 at 10:39 pm #674389Gotcha. Makes sense.
Well, if this helps, the demo install theme is the one that put that menu there. I actually didn’t even have a chance to make my own menu yet. So, that “broken” menu actually came directly from the demo. that should help you save a lot of time of how to make it happen to see how to fix it. you’ve already got that in-house. :)My ONLY gripe to be honest, is the huge gap of receiving customer service (aka tech support/help) seems it took a lot of nudges to get some help.
Thanks,
MikeAugust 18, 2016 at 11:27 pm #674408Actually that hint with the demo import helped, thanks. it seems that if you import a demo that requires a plugin (like woocommerce in this example), a plugin which also generates some menu items, and then disable the plugin this error occurs.
Already found a solution, the next theme update will include that.
Cheers
KriesiPS: Truth to be told, I am not sure If I can fully agree with your sentiment about the customer service. You asked the initial question and was asked for the login credentials in the next post. However until an hour ago we never received them, so there was really not a lot we could do do test the theory that Yigit mentioned in his post. Once you did send us the login credentials everything went as smooth as butter.
The only thing I can agree is that 24 hours to get your first response is probably a little to long, and its definitely something to work on :)
Anyways, enjoy using the theme, hope everything runs smooth from here on :)
August 18, 2016 at 11:47 pm #674419Awesome. Glad I could help expedite the process. :)

Glad it is working fine now!
For your information, you can take a look at Enfold documentation here – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/
And if there are features that you wish Enfold had, you can request them and vote the requested ones here – https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
For any other questions or issues, feel free to post them here on the forum and we will gladly try to help you :)Maybe now you would reconsider your 1 star rate on ThemeForest? :)
Best regards,
YigitAugust 25, 2016 at 5:00 am #677320Yigit, is there a reason you never addressed the lack of initial support. I had brought that up like 3 times and never received any assurances of better service. After we connected, it was fine, but seems it took a HUGE nudge just to get your attention. My last chance for a reasonable response if you care about us changing the 1 star rating at this point.
August 25, 2016 at 1:58 pm #677503Hi,
Due to health related issues, i was not able to work for a few days and could not look into the ticket after asking logins from you and when i was able to do so, i saw Kriesi already responded and figured out the bug.
I wrote what i thought was the issue to save you some time but apparently that did not help. This is your first thread on our support forum, if anything else comes up in future, i am pretty sure we will be able to change your impression about our support :)
Best regards,
YigitAugust 25, 2016 at 2:23 pm #677524Fair enough. Sorry about the healthy issues. Hope you’re doing better. :)
Thanks,
