I have setup a website with boxed content en max widht 1140px.
    I want to recreate block:

    https://prnt.sc/238KaxXDt9vj

So the blue blackground is full widh.
How do I solve that the stays within the 1140 pix?

    Hey Webboldesigns,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

Have you tried using a Color Section element? It has a container that should constraint the content to a certain width, which is based on the Enfold > General Layout > Dimension > Maximum Container Width value. You can also apply the background to the element directly.

    Best regards,

Enfold > General Layout > Dimension > Maximum Container Width value

    This is on value 1130px

    sample page of enfold: /shortcodes/columns/

also here giving the section a background color, it is full widht and outside de the 1130px.

I hope with less css and just config I can do this.

    Hi,

I’m not sure I fully understand the problem you are having, could you post a link to where we can see it please?

I have the website in maintenance mode,
You understand what is 100% of the screen width of a browser?
If so ( Mines is 1900 width.) ? If I set the dimensions to a boxed width, so why using a content section of enfold is filling the backgroud 100% of that color?
A Natural behaviour is that the content section background width is also the max widht you setup in the dimensions settings.

I cannot use 1/2 and 1/2 content element because I want equal background same color. this gives me unequal background.

Please see my screenshot again, it must be a simple question for you ( i hope )

    thank you

    Hi,

If you have selected a boxed layout, then a Color Section element should stay within the container bounds, like in this example: https://wpexpert.se/enfold/. If you are not getting those results on your end, then we would need to see the actual problem.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

We set the Enfold > General Layout > Layout > Stretched Or Boxed Layout settings to the Boxed Layout. This should actually limit the width of the main body container based on the value of the Maximum Container Width.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
