May 15, 2017 at 2:09 pm #793317Hey Taitus83,
Can you try to deactivate, the 2 Progress Maps plugins? which seems to cause the issue. Let us know if deactivating both plugins would fix the link issue.
Best regards,
NikkoMay 15, 2017 at 2:25 pm #793322Hi Nikko, tanks for your quick response :)
I deactivated progress maps plugins with no success …
I hope you can find the trouble.
May 15, 2017 at 3:18 pm #793360Hi,
And it also doesn’t have issue on the link box. Can you give us ftp access on the site where it has a problem? and also permission to deactivate plugins (would be few minutes only), so we can try to figure out what’s causing the issue.
Best regards,

Thanks
May 16, 2017 at 2:12 pm #793932Hi,
Thanks for providing the ftp access, I have checked it and the errors are pointing to html-helper.class.php however upon inspecting further I noticed that you are using an old version of Enfold 3.8.4, try to update it to the latest version 4.0.5, make sure to make a backup first. For more information on updating Enfold you can check on this post: http://kriesi.at/archives/the-complete-guide-to-updating-enfold

NikkoMay 16, 2017 at 3:22 pm #793993Hi again Nikko,
At old website we not updated Enfold and this feature is working fine
I gave you access to original website FTP with Enfold 3.8.4. We are afraid to update Enfold theme because we have lost custom styles after updates in the past.
May 17, 2017 at 4:48 am #794594Hi,
Yes, the only difference between those two sites are plugin versions (though both used similar plugins) and server which the site is hosted. If you made modifications on the Enfold theme I would suggest using a child theme, as for trying to fix the issue, updating it would most likely fix the issue, but can you try to clone the site that works and put it in a subdomain of the site where you have that link issue, so we can try to figure out what is the root of the issue, and so we can also test if updating the theme would fix the issue without having to put any risk on the live site.
Best regards,
Nikko -
