yes. theme was bought using a personal account.

Thanks for the update. If you have bought the extended support using a different account then the one which was used to purchase the theme, then you would have to reach out to Envato support for further help. The support status is fetched from Themeforest, it’s not something that we can set manually for you unfortunately.
