Bold font css

It appears all bold font is getting same color as:

Theme Options > General Styling >

Primary color
Font color for links, dropcaps and other elements

So all bold is changing color now. Is there a way to fix that in theme options, or only custom css. If only custom css, I can do it, but seems like that should be fixed in an update. There’s no reason to make all bold text change color.
