    When I upload an image, or try to use an enfold image, the body background will not update and reflect

    Could you please explain a bit more, where and how are you adding the image and which image?

    I go to Theme Options, then go to Body Background under General, and uploaded a photo there, then clicked save and went back to the website and the body background photo I had custom uploaded did not reflect, so I tried to reset it to one of Enfolds ones (linen dark) and it still will not show – just shows a dull grey color.

    Actually, NO CUSTOMIZATION options within Theme Options are working for me. Just realized. Emergency! I also tried to change the predefined color scheme and that does not reflect on the site either!

    Hi,

    You haven’t got our theme active on the page, did you decide to use another theme or do you want to keep using Enfold? If so, are we allowed to activate it?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, I activated Enfold and everything seems to be working as it should. I was getting cached result at first though so if you want to avoid that you could try checking the results in an incognito window in Chrome, that should not use any caching at all.

    I tried your suggestion, and tried to upload a custom background in the boxed view – NO LUCK. I am in Chrome Incongnito. I have left those settings active so you can see that.

    It is not showing for me, and in fact when I logged back it it reverted back to stretched layout and I had to reset it yet again, still showing dark grey on sides for me – how can I show you an image?

    It also just changed my color settings without me doing it – I had set it at blue/grey and it reverted back to cyan… from prior edits…. This is VERY frustrating.

    Hi,

    We are very sorry for the inconvenience. You can upload your screenshot in http://imgur.com/ and post the link here. Can you try to check it using another browser which you haven’t used yet to open your site. Also, the screenshot I gave does show that it shows properly and it’s also the first time I visited your site. It would most probably be a caching issue.
