Hi,
I’ve got this problem:
I have put a background image in „Allgemeines Styling:Body Background“ (see screenshot), but it doesn’t show on the website: http://www.galerie-krenzel.de.
I tried this advice (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/problem-boxed-site-background-and-new-minimal-header-enfold-3-1/) with modified footer, but that doesnt work either.
Do you have any advice?- This topic was modified 9 years, 9 months ago by jbenn.
March 27, 2015 at 12:30 am #418939Hi Juergen!
can you please upgrade to Enfold v3.1.2.?
It seems to me that your host is using some kind of caching. Could you please contact your server to ask them about that?Regards,
AndyApril 2, 2015 at 1:22 am #422229Hi Andy,
upgrade done; background still doesn’t work. I haven’t any caching problems on other sites on the same server (wp multisite installation).
I have another issue: I recently upgaded my managed server on php 5.6. But Enfold seems only to work properly under php 5.4, set by cgi/htaccess.- This reply was modified 9 years, 8 months ago by jbenn.
April 2, 2015 at 5:48 pm #422651Hey!
Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.1.3 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Starting from version 3.1 Enfold should work fine on php 5.6. I noticed that you have two child themes. Please remove inactive oneRegards,
YigitJune 5, 2015 at 3:33 pm #455130I am experiencing similar issues. I think it might be being caused by legacy ‘general styles’ from an older version of Enfold. Have you ever heard of anything like this before?

No I can’t say I have, could provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look please? You can post the details here as a private reply.
Cheers!

you are using W3 Total Cache plugin. Please go into it’s settings and switch off caching. Afterwards deactivate this and all other plugins and clear browser cache before refreshing your website a few times.
I hope this helps.
Cheers!
AndyJune 11, 2015 at 11:30 am #457730No luck I’m afraid. I cleared all caches, disabled them and then disabled the caching plugin. I then disabled all other plugins, but no joy.
Any ideas?
