Hello, I want to create a Board portal from my homepage. It would be a button board members to click on and access private content through a secure portal. I want to be able to give each member their own username and password that will work with the button that is called “Board Portal”.

I would put the button next to the make a donation button or in the footer. Thoughts?

How should I go about creating this?

    Hey evanskathy,

You can try any number of forum plugins to create the board itself. BBPress for example. As for actually linking to the board, the button leading to a login page can be added anywhere on the site once it’s ready.

I am not sure I understand. Can you please help with this process. I am not a true web developer. What is BBPress? Is it a plugin?

How does WP Client plugin work?

    Hi,

BBPress is a forum plugin, similar to what we use here to for the support forums. Learn more here:

I’m not to familiar with WP Client unfortunately. There are thousands of plugins so unfortunately I’m not sure of them all.

I couldn’t find where to start a new support ticket. So I am asking my question here. I designed a website using enfold through Blue Host and when they made the enfold theme live I ended up getting a fatal error. Blue Host is saying that the problem is the enfold theme. Error message below.

[31-Aug-2020 18:58:12 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function gutenberg_can_edit_post_type() in /home1/saintro2/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-gutenberg/class-avia-gutenberg.php:563
    Stack trace:

    How do I fix this?

    Hi evanskathy,

You can use this link to open a new thread, or click this button: https://imgur.com/a/AnoSPNb. I can see what looks like a password in your post, but no user. Please include all necessary login details in the new thread.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
