Seems like the Blurry image problem just wont go away.
I have spent many days going over code in here trying all sorts.I have latest WP, Enfold and Woo versions
When I go to the default Shop page via my menu, and see my products, all images are blurry.
If I click on one, go to that product page, the image is crystal clear.
Then I use the back button ( or click the Shop menu item again), then that image is now clear. If I go out of it and clear cache Ctrl F5 etc then it is all back to blurry images..
is there Any code I can try or any info would be appreciated.
Oh and I am using a Desktop Dev system at this stage so no login available..
Unless you want to remote in and see..Thanks for your help

Thank you for using Enfold.
Is the site live? Please provide the page url in the private field so that we can check the product images. What is the original size of the uploaded images?
Best regards,
IsmaelApril 23, 2019 at 5:23 am #1093508No sorry it is NOT live..
I might have to make it semi live with a temp address as this is a rebuild for another site I have.oh and the first Orig size was 1500 x 2000 px
but I reduced it and tryed again to 400 x 533
And still the same results- This reply was modified 5 years, 8 months ago by wealthyone.
April 24, 2019 at 5:51 am #1093851Hi,
Thanks for the update.
Have you tried to adjust the size of the product thumbnails from the Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product Images panel? You have to regenerate the product images after the adjustment.
// https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
Please let us know once the site is live or moved to a staging domain so that we can inspect the product images.
Best regards,

April 29, 2019 at 12:25 pm #1095234Hi,
Thanks for the update.
The size of the product thumbnail is only 100x75px. Did you try the suggestion above? You have to adjust the default product thumbnail size in the Customizer.
Best regards,
IsmaelApril 29, 2019 at 2:07 pm #1095276Yes I set it to 300×75 and then regenerated the product images
April 30, 2019 at 7:50 am #1095641Hi wealthyone,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thanks for the update.
It seems to be an issue with the srcset attribute. We disabled the attribute and adjust the thumbnail width from 75 to 300.
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 1, 2019 at 11:23 am #1096149where was that disabled??

May 1, 2019 at 9:53 pm #1096264do these images have a caption ?
Try to look if these images in the container have a padding!A padding to an image makes a small downsizing of it – that may cause in a blurry looking –
there was a question here on board that images with caption in a text-block gets blurry when they have a caption. The caption causes a border and a padding of 5px – see here a comparison.
the left is normal enfold behavior – the right image is with padding on the parent container and with no padding on the image:
