I’m working with the Enfold theme and I’ve found it takes several hours and sometimes up until a day to get a response to my questions. I didn’t expect that because when I asked a pre sale question before I purchased the theme I received an immediate response. Given that, I’m posting my question here with the hope of getting a response in a timely manner as I should as I’ve paid extra for the extended support. This is my question:
When I upload my images while in the process of creating portfolio items the images look fine in the preview for featured images. However, at full size when displayed on my portfolio page in the portfolio grid, the images are blurry. How can I ensure my images won’t be blurry?

After recent 4.3 and 4.4 major releases, our forums are currently very busy. We are trying hard to reply each thread in timely manner however in times like this, it make take a little longer. We are sorry about that.
I edited your page and chose to display large images in “Select custom image size”. Please review your website :)
