the portfolio ajax images are blurry, although they are uploaded in a sufficient size. When you clilck on the image to enlarge, the image is shown in the same size in perfect quality.

It looks good on my end using Chrome, could you post a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end and in what browser please?
Also, please update to the latest version of the theme (4.0.7): http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
