hi! we created a post (link in private area). It was built with the advanced layout builder so the blog element that shows on the home, about and news pages doesn’t show the little blurb below the title. Can you help me figure out how we can make one show or set one manually to show here?

Do you mean it does not show the excerpt? Could you please attach some screenshots of the issue?
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

VictoriaYes correct, it does not show the excerpt on blog elements since I am using the advanced layout builder for this page. I’d send a screenshot but it will look the same as the link I sent in private area below.
Hi,
When you make posts with the Advanced Layout Builder you need to enable the excerpt field in the screen options and fill out those boxes.
