Hi guys, in a fresh installation I have all the preview thumbnail blur.
I have noticed this issue as soon as I have imported the demo contents.
    What could be the problem?
    Thanks
ps.: find the image attached to the private area

    Hi Victoria,
    thanks for your replay.
Before sending my message I have tried to watch on a different browser (chrome, IE, Firefox) I have always got the same issue.
I now tried to clear my Chome browser data “ALL TIME DATA” and it makes the same issue.
I have also tried to change the Internet network just in case, but have the same issue.
Have a look to other pics

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

They look like that because the images are too small for the actual container. The “widget” thumbnail is only 36x36px, so you have to adjust it. Please install the following plugin, go to the Settings > Media panel and look for the “widget” thumbnail. Adjust the size, update then regenerate the thumbnails.

Hi Ismael, if I inspect the element I see what you mean. The height and width are 36×36.
I also see that with the inspector active the viewport change size and the image looks better because it probably uses another image set on the CSS.
So that could be why Victoria was having a different experience from mine.
Despite this, I have regenerated all my thumbnails but I still see the same.
Have a look at the attached images.
    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

Looks like you’ve adjusted the “thumbnail” thumbnail or image size. I am referring to the “widget” thumbnail added by the theme. You can’t adjust it in the Settings > Media panel without installing the plugin. And don’t forget to regenerate the thumbnails after the adjustment. You can also try this plugin.

    Hi Ismael,
I am sorry I do not understand. I have installed the plugin. Where it should suppose I see the “widget” thumbnail?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

You should be able to adjust the thumbnails in the Settings > Media panel. You’ll find a list of thumbnails there. After the thumbnail adjustment, save the changes and don’t forget to regenerate thumbnails. You can also just upload the images again if you prefer.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
