My Bluehost website using Enfold has critical errors and is down for days. WordPress tech cant fix and points to the theme as the issue. I don’t have the receipt as it was purchased maybe 15 years.
What to do? Should I re-purchase or change to a different theme

The site is no longer using the Enfold theme when we checked. It’s possible that the site was using an older version of the theme that is no longer compatible with the latest release of WordPress. If that’s the case, you’ll need to download the latest version (7.1.1) of the theme from your Themeforest account and manually upload it to your server via S/FTP.
