open a new ticket for a new question and let’s stick to one topic only in this thread.
I checked the link you have provided (s. private content), but could not find any blue fonts. Can you provide us a precise link where we can see the issue please?Cheers!

December 20, 2015 at 7:04 am #555554Hi,
I’m not sure what you are doing when you’re adding content but you have so many open and unnecessary span tags it’s incredible. I’ve fixed it for you but please try to keep your html markup to a minimum in the future and it might be a good idea to learn basic html editing as well so that you can find problems like these yourself as well.
Best regards,
RikardDecember 21, 2015 at 8:10 pm #556151I Appreciate your Advice, and I will take care to improve that aspect in the future. I know HTML editing basic, and i was not aware that these problems existing; so ill be more attentive.
You may not have noticed– when you hit “update’ after fixing the problem, I lost a lot of the content on the page. This is a recurring Enfold problem in which after doing an update, a lot of the content in the page gets deleted.
So, I could go back to an old revision, to restore my content; but then if i do the edit, that you do– fix the markup get rid of span tags– it is quite likely the content will be deleted again.
So i invite you to try to fix the issue; which is now Two-Fold:
1. Fix the blue by dropping the span tags.
2. Have the content not get deleted; instead, its all good, just not blue. As you will see upon doing a revision revert, there is actually supposed to be 8-10 Products and Services listed, not two.I am also open to receiving advice and doing it myself..
December 21, 2015 at 9:15 pm #556177Hey!
Are you posting the content from a pdf file or from a dcoument file?
It seems it strips the HTML a lot and we can not do much to remove it.Regarding the video, is because of the size of the video, you do not have enough free space on your hosting packake, that is why you get that error.
Cheers!
BasilisDecember 21, 2015 at 9:54 pm #556205The content … is just html text in side of a text block for enfold that is within a column block.
So, how do I both fix the blue problem and make sure content isnt deleted?
Since you guys accidently deleted by content by updating it (you didnt realize that stuff got deleted)
it is clear the first step is to go back to a revision from before you guys went in and fixed the blue. But what if i clear up all the span tags, and then i try to update; update still doesnt work– and deletes content?
2. I have solved the video problem- thank you!
December 23, 2015 at 6:15 am #556885Hi,
Sorry for the content, I wasn’t aware of that. Both of your problems stem from the same source though, open html tags. You probably don’t want to hear this but my recommendation would be to recreate the page and check regularly if anything breaks and check so that the markup you are adding is properly closed. I would suggest that you use the builder elements as much as possible as well. The builder is sensitive to unclosed html markup, this is hopefully something we will be able to fix in a future release but it’s not an easy fix.
Regards,
Rikard -
