Hi Enfold team,
My latest blog (10 ways to stay committed to your 2022 career goal(s)) doesn’t appear on my blogpage.
Only after updating I see it and when I close the page and come back it’s gone.Besides that my last 2 blogs (10 ways to stay committed… & fix the broken rung….) aren’t shown on a mobile.
Any idea what’s going wrong?
Thanks.
February 10, 2022 at 7:15 am #1339906Hey Eefke,
Thank you for the inquiry.
The post displays immediately on our end. We didn’t have to refresh or update the page for it to display in the home page. Please check the screenshot in the private field.
You might be viewing a cached version of the page, purging the cache or checking the site on incognito mode should help.
Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 10, 2022 at 11:58 am #1339954Hi Ismael,
Yesterday I published the blog again and that worked.
Butg this morning it’s gone again.I’ve checked the site with incognito mode and emptied the cache, but I can’t see it.
My husband either. Can you please check it?
And can you also have a look about my 2nd question, that my last 2 blogs (10 ways to stay committed… & fix the broken rung….) aren’t shown on a mobile?
Many thanks.
EefkeFebruary 11, 2022 at 9:04 am #1340097Hi,
Thank you for the info.
We checked the site again today and the posts are still there. Did you post a new article aside from the latest item titled “10 ways to stay committed”? The two posts that you mentioned above are also displaying properly on mobile view. Please check the screenshots below.
Have you tried disabling the plugins temporarily? You should also disable the Performance > File Compression settings temporarily while testing the site.
Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 11, 2022 at 9:31 am #1340109Hi Ismael,
This is so strange. I’ve tested it again on my phone and my husband’s phone and the blog isn’t shown.
The last blog I see on my mobile is How to reduce the risk…. and the last one I see on my PC is fix the broken rung.Could it be that it has something to do with the bilangual pages?
How can I disable the plugins temporarely?
Thanks.
February 12, 2022 at 5:25 am #1340230Hi,
Thanks for the update. I’m seeing the same thing as Ismael on both desktop and mobile on my end, did you try using incognito or private browser windows on your mobile devices? If not, then please try that out.
You can deactivate plugins in the Plugins menu in WordPress, select the plugin you want to deactivate, then select Deactivate from the dropdown above the plugin list.
Best regards,
