This is a really bizarre set of issues I’m having:

    1. I’ve been trying to edit the loop-index.php page to rearrange some of the metadata per instructions via the support system. Even when I do this locally via MAMP, the updates aren’t instant. It takes 5-10 minutes before the changes are reflected on the articles. Is that normal? I’m so used to see instantaneous results when I edit code. 5-10 minutes seems weird. I have to constantly refresh the cache.

    2. More importantly, I set a new page to be the default for all of my articles, aka the “Posts Page.” This is assigned correctly under “Reading.” I use the “Blog Posts” drag-and-drop widget under ‘Content Elements’ to load the posts. Yet, whenever I try to make changes to this page and hit “Preview” it opens a completely different page on my site? I can’t get any changes on the backend of the page to reflect what it should look like. What’s going on there?

    Hey ANKirschner,

I’m not sure why that would be happening but your first issue sound like varnish caching, could you check if your hosting provider is applying anything like that?

    Best regards,
    Rikard
