Hi, strange enough my blogposts are not indexed… I cannot find what it;s about… added sitemap to robots.txt and to Google Search Console… Cannot find <no follow> tags on te blog…
So, if you can, please help me out. Details are in private areaJune 25, 2021 at 8:24 am #1307410Hey Jooster,
Thank you for the inquiry.
How or where do you check this? The meta tag seems to be set correctly for the blog overview page and the single post page.
<meta name="robots" content="index, follow, max-image-preview:large, max-snippet:-1, max-video-preview:-1">Are you using a plugin to create the sitemap?

June 28, 2021 at 8:15 am #1307675Hi,
The posts are actually included in the sitemap. Did you try to resubmit the sitemap to the search engine? (see private field)
You may need to manually specify each sitemap in the robot.txt file instead of declaring the index file. Example:
Sitemap: https://e-commercemanagers.com/post-sitemap1.xml Sitemap: https://e-commercemanagers.com/post-sitemap2.xmlPlease note that this process could take a while, so you may have to wait if you have just recently added your sitemap.

IsmaelJune 29, 2021 at 10:38 am #1307897I think I know what it is… all other pages/portfolio/products have a canonical URL by default… Posts don’t have a canonical URL by default… can I switch this ON somewhere in the Theme Settings?
July 1, 2021 at 8:58 am #1308251Hi,
The canonical URL actually exists in the posts as you can can see in the example below.
<link rel="canonical" href="https://e-site.com/b2b-koopsignalen/">Are you using the Yoast plugin? You can manually enable it the plugin’s settings.
