Blog tags minor meta – text wrap doesn't look good

Hi,
For the theme options Blog Meta Elements, we have chosen to display the date, author, categories and tags. At the bottom of the posts the post meta infos appears and we have chosen to center it. The tags meta displays right beside it, however, the tags meta heading is very narrow and the tags themselves wrap to the next line and then center, which doesn’t look right. Could you please suggest a way for us to have the tags heading and list appear on the next line together? The link to one of the posts is included in private content so you can see it.

Also, the categories are not appearing in the bottom with the tags. Is that because the categories are showing at the top above the post title?
