    I can see I have several subscribers to my blog; however, even though they subscribed, they are not receiving an email with new posts. Is there something in settings I need to add/correct in the Enfold theme?

    Yes, I just discovered they installed Subscriber by BestWebSoft. I’m contacting them. Is there anything in the settings that would cause the site to time out when people take an amount of time to post a comment?

    Hi,

    I doubt the theme has anything to do with the issues you’ve mentioned to be honest, check if the issue persists with the default WordPress theme activated.

    No, that’s something that should be done by a plugin (as it is a functionality feature).
