    Hello,

    The bottom of my blog posts have 8 different social media icons to share the post through but the one I really want, just isn’t there. I wanted an Instagram sharing capability, does anybody know how I can do that? I have the Instagram icon to go to my Instagram profile which sits in the menu but nothing to share a post, Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Did you add Instagram to your social profiles in the Theme options?

    Yes but that only links to my Instagram page, as opposed to the ‘share’ icons at the bottom of the blog post. i would like to be able to share the blog from that page to my Instagram and have other people to be able to share it to their Instagram also.

    Hi,

    As far as I know Instagram currently doesn’t allow you to share a photo or video from another website – you can only upload photos/videos directly from your mobile device. Since there is no sharing mechanism, there is no way for us to include a button that will share your content to Instagram.

    If you’re aware of a sharing api which works with instagram please provide a link to it and we’ll look into it.

    Hi Dude,

    Thanks for explaining that, it makes sense now. I have only recently started using Instagram so I’m not all that familiar with it.
