Good evening! Thanks as always for a wonderful theme.
I’m using the avia “blog posts” layout module and included pagination to display multiple “pages” of blog posts.
However, whenever I click on the page it jumps to a new post.
i’ve looked through the support forum and found similar but not exact issues.
I’ve attached a link to one of the pages below.
thanks in advance for any help.
April 23, 2015 at 6:55 pm #433692Hey guys- Any ideas on this issue? If it’s been posted somewhere else can you please point me in the right direction?
April 23, 2015 at 7:00 pm #433693Hey!
Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?
If not, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately so we can look into itBest regards,

Thank you for the info. I checked the page but I don’t see any blog page. Please create one then we’ll check it.
EDIT: I created a test page with the blog posts element. The pagination is working as expected: http://mhdb.swamped.com/test-blog/
Cheers!
IsmaelApril 24, 2015 at 4:51 pm #434241Thanks for your response Ismael. Excited to have you looking at this. I’ve used the solutions you’ve provided to other questions several times with great success.
We went live on the site this morning so our URL has updated, however if you look at the link below, beneath the social share buttons is a “blog post” element from the avia builder with pagination turned on.
http://morrishullinger.com/urban-archeology-nyc
My expectation when clicking the 2 or 3 on the pagination is that it would load a link similar to:
http://morrishullinger.com/urban-archeology-nyc/2But that I would stay utlimately on the same page with that current article showing. I saw this behavior in my testing but since putting in real content it’s acting differently.
However, the buttons are displaying a completely different post.
I hope this is helpful information.
April 25, 2015 at 7:24 am #434616Hi!
So you’re trying to create a related posts section. Unfortunately, the pagination will also affect the current post. Try the Post Slider element instead: http://morrishullinger.com/urban-archeology-nyc/
The arrows are not working when I added the post slider. I’m not sure if you have the latest version of the theme. Please update to Enfold 3.1.3.
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 10, 2015 at 2:18 pm #442102Hey there, i have an issue with the pagination as well. I don´t know if i have to open a new topic, can you please check my page and test the pagination at the end of the “frontpage”?
May 11, 2015 at 9:13 am #442281Hey!
I’m guessing the problem is that you are getting the latests posts on all pages, correct? Did you make any customisations to the theme at all?
Cheers!
RikardMay 11, 2015 at 8:29 pm #442676Hey Rikard, yes always the latest posts appear. no matter what pagination is chosen. I did no customizations to the theme, just some quick css codes.
May 12, 2015 at 11:00 pm #443426Is there someone who can help me? The funcionality is essential for me.
May 15, 2015 at 8:20 am #444806May 15, 2015 at 5:49 pm #445087No, now I use just one “Blog Post” Avia Item, with this it works, but I want to use the Blog Post Item from the Avia Editor two times on my blog page. With this it doesn´t work.
I just changed because I don´t want my have this issue for a long time. For me it´s a workaround but it is not satisfying me.
May 18, 2015 at 7:24 pm #445973Hey!
not sure what you want to achieve. Could you build a test page for us and show us the error? we would also need admin access to have a deeper look. Post login details here as private reply. Please deactivate all plugins to see if one is causing this issue.
Cheers!
