My blog page – https://tapintoit.org.uk/news/ – has 1 test item on it at present and beside the date on the news page it includes a slash.
I would like to remove this and have managed to remove it from the full post page (https://tapintoit.org.uk/this-is-a-test/) following instructions in the support section.
Please provide simple instructions on how to fix this as I am not a developer.
I would rather edit the master file and then copy it to my child theme.
When I have tried this before however theme updates overwrite my changes as the child theme elements appear to be ignored.
So explicit instructions on how the child theme files should be set up too, would be helpful e.g. I wanted to add 10 images to the supporters element which I have included on the home page. I copied the updated files to my child theme > config-templatebuilder > via-shortcodes > logo slider > logo slider.php but when I updated the theme the other day, this was overwritten so it would seem that my child theme files are currently ignored….Any thoughts re this?
Thanks
Please help….
Hi tapintoit,
Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css
.post-meta-infos .text-sep.text-sep-date {
display: none;
}
If you need further assistance please let us know.
Best regards,
Victoria
Thanks Victoria – it worked in the Child theme custom.css file.👍🏻
Any chance of resolving this issue that I posted a few days ago? #1063183
Hi tapintoit,
Which issue are you referring to? The logo slider?
Could you please attach some screenshots of the issue?
Best regards,
Victoria
