We are working on the pagination fix which is affecting most of the recent wordpress updates. Please give us more time to work on this issue in the mean time you can display the blog post with this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/content-views-query-and-display-post-page/ as a temporary alternate solution. This is not possible I am afraid, as the customer as vpn connection with strict rules.
Is there another way to check what goes wrong?Does it make sense if we send you the postslider.php?

After the update to version 4.4.2, did you modify the query.php file? https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/35344#comment:34
If yes, please get a fresh copy of the query.php file from version 4.4.2 and override the modification. If not, give us a copy of the postslider.php file or remove everything from that file then replace it with this one: http://pastebin.com/k95dXBXq
