Hi There
I have a blog grid view happening on this page: http://lighthouse.carbon5creative.com.au/case-studies/ linking to portfolio entries. However the pagination is not working. It shows that there is a 2nd page but says not found when I hit page 2.
Please help.
Thanks very much
August 14, 2013 at 8:32 am #135251I have exactly the same problem in the blog grid view.
In an attempt to fix the problem I disabled all plugins but I could still reproduce this issue.
Thanks in advance for your help.
August 14, 2013 at 1:07 pm #135252Hi jaseellis,
You need to update your theme files to 1.9.1 first. Next, you can try going to your WordPress Settings>Permalinks and try changing them to default. Then check to see if pagination works.
You can then also try the troubleshooting tips in the codex here : http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks#Fixing_Permalink_Problems

Devin
August 19, 2013 at 7:30 pm #135253Hi Devin, I have the same problem.
-I upgraded to enfold 2.0.
-I regenerated the htaccess. When I put the default permalink structure, the pagination works properly.
-When I return to the desired structure permalinks /% postname%/ stops working.
-In the second language the pagination works properly with %postname%

August 20, 2013 at 4:44 am #135254Hi,
Please contact your host, ask them to enable mod_rewrite. You can refer to this link to fix the permalink settings: http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks#Fixing_Permalink_Problems

August 20, 2013 at 7:30 am #135255Hi Ismael,
I contacted with the hosting service and they say me rewrite mode is active for this server.
I followed the steps in the link you suggest and I still have the same problem.
It seems very strange to work in the second language and not do it in the main or primary language.
August 21, 2013 at 3:03 am #135256Hi,
Please go to Settings > Reading > select a page for “Front page displays” > A static page (select below). Select home page for “Front page:” and your Blog page as “Posts page:”

Can you see what happens when you load this link in your browser (currently %postname% structure enabled)?

August 22, 2013 at 9:37 am #135263Hi Ismael… I upgraded to enfold 2.0.1, same problem, not works.
August 22, 2013 at 6:28 pm #135264until we find the bug, I will change the number of items to display, so that the paginate does not have to act.
If you need to re-enable pagination, to prove something, contact me.

August 24, 2013 at 9:17 am #135268Already is created the administrator account.
Thanks Peter
August 24, 2013 at 11:49 am #135269The problem seems to be the permalink which is generated based on the page title. I’m not sure why the permalink doesn’t work (probably another post, term, category, page, etc. shares the same name) but when I change the permalink to http://www.galarestaurant.es/descubre-nuestros-plato instead of http://www.galarestaurant.es/descubre-nuestros-platos the pagination works. So I’d suggest to use a different permalink for this page to avoid a rewrite rules conflict with another entry.
August 24, 2013 at 6:10 pm #135270Thank You Peter, now works perfectly !!
