Is posible change the pagination of the blog for a load more button in the blog of mi Dinosaurs web http://www.dinosaurios.tienda ?

It’s possible but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support.
But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)

Then it is possible not to show the content that is repeated on pages 2, 3,4 …?
As you can see Below the blog I have a text with an image and a button that are repeated in the other pages:

Look at page 2 It is repeated and in the others too.
Is it possible to hide, so that search engines do not see it as duplicate content?

Blog shouldn’t show the same post twice, unless the post has been duplicated. I checked the 3 pages but I didn’t see any duplicates, I’m not sure if I missed it, can you let us know what post is showing twice?

I see it’s the content below the posts, you might need Yoast SEO plugin for that (I’m not sure about the settings) or you can place that content on a separate page from the blog with pagination.
