I have created a Page labled “Blog” at this website: http://essel.eswebsitedesign.com/
In my Menu, I added the “Page” which I created and on that page is an Advanced Layer Slider as well as your content element “Blog Posts”, within which I have tried to create a custom taxonomy, using only one category… although I’ve clicked on the Category I want, the input box doesn’t appear to be working correctly, but it is pulling up that category, maybe because it is the first in the drop-down.
The page doesn’t have the layerslider, so I don’t think that menu item is pulling up the page I created and I’m not sure something else isn’t overriding here…. I would be happy to give you access to the backend of this site if you thought that would help?
Help?
and Thank you!
Hi Eleina_Shinn!
Yes – please create us an admin account and post the login credentials as private reply. Also provide a link to the blog page – by going this way we can be sure that we talk about the same page. I.e. your blog menu item links to: http://essel.eswebsitedesign.com/category/uncategorized which is an archive page (of the category “Uncategorized”) and this page will only show posts of the category “uncategorized”.
Best regards,
Peter

The page I created is called David’s Blog and should be here: http://essel.eswebsitedesign.com/davidsblog
Thank You!
Hi!
The slider and blog seems to work now. I deleted the “blog” pages in the trash and created a new page for the blog (same title + permalink) and the blog page seems to work just fine now. Maybe it was a database error and the recreation of the page fixed it.
Cheers!
Peter
