I have selected the option to “use advanced editor to build” my blog page in the enfold settings and have dropped the “blog posts” content element on my page.
The settings in the element are set to:
Display Blog Posts
All Categories
Multi Author
And Excerpt with more linkIt works great as expected, but on several posts I get a partial title tag.

The read more link are being added twice. This is probably cause by a third party plugin. Please deactivate all plugins then test it again. If you have added any html tags on the posts excerpt, make sure that you close the html tags correctly.

YigitThanks guys; I deactivated all plug-ins – including the recommended bb-press and the issue persists. The issue is even happening on some of the “dummy” imported data.
FYI – I just tried something. The first post on the list where the issue begins occurring was of type “link”. I changed that post type to “default” and the issue went away.. However, when I change it back to post type “link” the issue comes back.
The first line in that post is a “url”
Hey!
The type “link” can only be used if an url exists at the very beginning of the post which can be used for the featured link. Enfold extracts this url from the post content and uses it for the headline/title link. The advantage is that the user doesn’t see the single blog post page when he clicks on the post title but the title will directly link to the url you want to feature. I.e. on the demo page here: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/blog/page/5/ the post with the title “This is a post with post format of type Link” links to http://kriesi.at instead of the single post page ( http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/2012/01/17/kriesi-at/ ) because the post format is set to “link”. To create a featured link/url just add it at the very beginning of the post content like:
http://kriesi.at Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Aenean commodo ligula eget dolor. Aenean massa. Cum sociis natoque penatibus et magnis dis parturient montes, nascetur ridiculus mus. Donec quam felis, ultricies nec, pellentesque eu, pretium quis, sem. Nulla consequat massa quis enim. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Aenean commodo ligula eget dolor. Aenean massa. Cum sociis natoque penatibus.If you don’t add an url at the very top the post format link may break the blog page.

PeterYes; I figured that; and have posted actual URLs on the first line of a post of link type; The issue is happening with the featured images though…
