It appears that updating to the latest version has caused the blog to disappear.
Everything else is fine.
Clearing cache, changing the default blog page has no effect.
Hey rathvilly28,
If you activate the default WordPress theme does the blog reappear?
Best regards,
Jordan Shannon
Hi Jordan,
Yes it does.
Oliver
Hi,
If you are able to access the database you can check to see if the blog posts still in fact exist. Specifically you would need to look in the wp_posts table. Is this possible for you to do?
Best regards,
Jordan Shannon
Hi Jordan,
When I substituted the default 2017 WordPress theme all the blog items were present.
Kind regards
Oliver
Hi Jordan,
The blog page is set to https://www.elkrecruitment.com/news/ which shows up as blank.
If I go to https://www.elkrecruitment.com/blog/ then the blogs are on the page, although the styling is different from the rest of the site.
If I change the blog page to https://www.elkrecruitment.com/blog/ then it shows blank.
Kind regards
Oliver
Hi Oliver,
Thanks for the feedback. I tried logging into your site but the regular WordPress login pages are not working, could you post a link to the login page as well please?
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi Rikard,
I uploaded a back-up with version 3.3.2 and was able to build a fresh page where the feed works perfectly.
The issue may be in trying to update in one go.
Could you supply some previous major updates so we can apply them incrementally?
Login details in private message.
Kind regards
Oliver

Hi,
Ok, sure. Not sure which version you want but you can find a recent one in private.
Best regards,
Rikard
Thank you Rikard, that did the trick.
Everything now up to date.
Kind regards
Oliver
