    Hi

    two things

    How do i completely remove any trace of being able to leave a comment in the Blog section.
    So where it says “leave a reply” , I would like to remove everything below that including the
    circle above where it displays number of comments

    Also, how do i hide META on the right hand side, where is diplays log in, admin etc

    Hey Stephen,

    Please try the Disable Comments plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-comments/. You can remove the meta from the sidebar by removing the widget under Appearance–>Widgets
