Jordan ShannonMay 23, 2018 at 9:01 pm #961204I will remove that code then.
How do I check this?
Will it be easier to just provide login details to the site?
Thanks

May 25, 2018 at 1:24 pm #962091Hi jgeorge64uk,
I have checked your site and it seems to fetch the small version of the image.
Link to the image fetched in private content.
Can you try to use a full version, if you need assistance on it, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoMay 25, 2018 at 1:47 pm #962110Ahh very annoying. Login details below:
To confirm I would like to whole image to show and if not possible then let me know what dimension the image needs to be.
Thanks
May 28, 2018 at 9:16 am #962997Hi,
Thanks for the info. The full size version of the image was not inserted. It’s actually using the “medium” thumbnail. We selected the full size back.
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 28, 2018 at 10:55 am #963050The head is still not showing ALL of the image though.. thats what I wanted?
Its only showing the top half..
How do i resolve this?

May 28, 2018 at 3:18 pm #963291Hi jgeorge64uk,
We have changed it, we modified the Color Section by going to Section Background > Background Repeat and setting it to Scale to fit (scales image so the whole image is always visible)
Added this ID mybanner then went to Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS, and add this css code:#mybanner { background-repeat: repeat !important; }
Hope it’s all good :)
Best regards,
NikkoMay 28, 2018 at 3:24 pm #963299Perfect, thank you!
Feel free to close this thread now.
