Like everybody else I try to work on the page-speed.
While I can’t seem to get anything working for the “mobile render blocking” which appears basically everywhere, the optimized images for blog feeds seem to be an issue.
It appears that the three blog feed on my frontpage pull the big original image and reduce it, instead of using ine of the smaller ones which I think are created by enfold automatically.
here a quote of the page-speed insights.
Compressing and resizing http://dumaguete.com/…Pakol-Festival-Sta-Catalina-1024×423.jpg could save 123.1KiB (92% reduction).
I have 3 feeds in 3 columns, so the picture shown is only 3000 px wide (or so). Is there any change that the blog-feed pulls a smaller picture instead of the original and resizing it each time the site loads?

Rhoody
