Hi Bobby!
May we have temporary admin access to your website so we can take a closer look at your css changes?
Regards,
DakeDecember 16, 2015 at 11:09 pm #554059Sure. Excuse my ignorance, but how do to do that (and provide you with the login credentials without everyone on the forums seeing it)?
December 17, 2015 at 8:17 am #554252Hi,
You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply, only you and moderators will be able to see it.

RikardDecember 17, 2015 at 6:13 pm #554562Okay. WP requires an email address in order for me to add a new user. What’s a good email address to list for you?
December 17, 2015 at 6:16 pm #554563Hi!
You can use (Email address hidden if logged out) but please post login credentials here privately so any available moderator can look into it

December 21, 2015 at 6:57 am #555768Hey!
I removed the whole style.css file temporarily but it didn’t fix the issue. Did you modify any template files, the comment.php file perhaps?
Best regards,
IsmaelDecember 21, 2015 at 3:44 pm #555965I’ve never modified the comments.php file, but in another support ticket that I submitted here:
… they had me add some code to my functions.php file (in my enfold-child folder) to modify the position of the form’s field labels. I wanted them top-aligned (above the form fields). As you can see from that ticket, we also made some CSS modifications.
However, I don’t remember the form fields being in the wrong order after we fixed the field labels–but it’s possible I just didn’t notice it back then.

December 30, 2015 at 4:54 pm #558486This is the longest I’ve gone without a reply or solution. Is everyone out on vacation for the holidays? If you are, that’s okay, I just need to know… thanks.
January 2, 2016 at 12:20 pm #558865Hi,
Can you please check if the issue persists with the default WordPress theme activated? have you tried disabling all third-party plugins to see if it gets fixed?
Regards,
JosueNovember 23, 2016 at 1:26 am #715678This is happening on my blog as well! I also see some CSS issues, that seem to appear on this post but not on others. Specifically, the comment count number is smaller font and the required asterisk is on a new row below the input labels. I’ve tried disabling all third-party plugins and that did not fix it. I’m reticent to activate the default WordPress theme (wont that destroy all my advanced layout work and theme settings??)
Please help!!
November 23, 2016 at 6:33 am #715731Actually looks like this was a wordpress change: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-move-comment-text-field-to-bottom-in-wordpress-4-4/
November 23, 2016 at 3:14 pm #715974Wow, I’d forgotten about this post (admins, you can mark it as complete).
Yes, newpappa is correct. Back when I first posted this, I did more research and found that this was a WordPress change–not anything related to the Enfold theme.
So yeah, follow that article link to find out how you can move the fields.
