    Hey!

    I am adding a blog to our website, but we are having an issue with the breadcrumbs.

    Currently the breadcrumbs appear like this:

    Home / Blog / Current Article

    However, when you click on Blog, it takes you to a completely different page: /category/blog/ rather than /blog.

    So rather than showing our blog page, it leads to the category that has all our articles (whole articles, not extracts) on one page.

    How can we fix this?

    Hey heinrichvk!

    Hmm, do you have a category named blog? Try deactivating all plugins and then send us a link and we’ll take a look.

    Also try creating a backup of your .htaccess file and then delete it from your server and then update your permalinks in Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks.

    Hey!

    Yes that is going to confuse WordPress. You’ll either need to rename the category slug or edit your blog page permalink and change it to something else besides /blog/.
