    we don’t have that problem (see private data screenshot)
    the screenshot also shows our problem: a read more button under the featured image and the excerpt. clicking this button will show you exact the same page and not the full content.

    Hi,

    The FTP access is invalid and I can’t get in on the dashboard. It redirects to a blank page which says “Blocked”. Please ask your hosting provider if they’re blocking any IP or countries from accessing the site. You may also need to disable the security plugin if you installed one.

    Hi,

    I’ve contacted the hosting provider and changes have been made. Can you please try again? I’ve tried to login with support account (kriesi) and this worked fine
