Block text disappear

Hello
I activated Enfold on a wordpress website
Since then i have a problem to edit the pages content.
Each time I edit the content, the text block disappear
Eacht time i add an block text and i update, then the block disapear
I disabled almost all the plugins.
with the former theme there was a page builder and I guess that’s what is causing the problem, but it’s disabled
Do I have to erase those plugins ?
The problem could come from something else than plugins ?
