After the latest theme update, one of our sidebars broke and now shows “Add your own text” rather than the custom text we had entered a while back. There were no changes on our end, other than your theme update. I don’t want to roll back the site to the backup before this update, because then I’ll lose all of the work that was just completed.

Also make sure that Appearance->Editor is active on your installation. If it’s not, then please provide us with FTP login details as well. Many sites are having the same problem with ICON-BOXES and ANIMATED-NUMBERS, which suddenly are showing default text and not custom text.
Looking forward to a coming Enfold update 4.8.5. and fixing this problem.
Thanks for your time.July 24, 2021 at 6:45 pm #1312099This reply has been marked as private.July 26, 2021 at 9:39 am #1312337Hi Stefan,
Thanks for the login details, and sorry for the problem. I’ve fixed the Iconbox and Numbers elements on your site, please review it.
We are planning a bug fix release later today, please keep an eye out for that as well.

We can’t fix the problems on your sites, if you don’t give us access to them. If you want to try to fix the problems yourselves, then please refer to this post by Yigit: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/icon-box-problem-2/#post-1311439, or wait for the bug fix release, which should be available later today.

Thanks for the update. I can’t see any 404 errors on the page you linked to, are you sure that the problem is not local? Please try clearing the cache from your caching plugin, and try checking in an incognito or private browser window, to see if that helps.
Best regards,
