After activating Enfold, my site just shows a blank/white page. Any ideas?
I tried renaming my plugins folder to “plugins.hold” so that all plugins deactivate. No luck. I also tried deleting the cache. No luck.
I can still access wp-admin.

January 22, 2014 at 2:19 am #213120I installed Enfold on another site of mine, to test, and I got this:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function post_has_layerslider() in **website address here**/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-layerslider/config.php on line 146January 22, 2014 at 2:25 am #213126Hi!
Can you please try re-installing the theme to your test site via FTP? Something may have gone wrong during the installation
Best regards,
YigitJanuary 22, 2014 at 2:25 am #213127I have already done this several times. I’ve tried installing via WordPress and via FTP.

January 22, 2014 at 6:56 am #213182Hi!
Who is the hosting provider? Also try deactivating all plugins and not just forcing a deactivate with the plugin folder rename. Some things are only done on actual plugin deactivation so checking to make sure its not a simple conflict like that is a quick thing to run through.
When you’ve got the theme showing in your themes area, what happens when you preview it? Does anything show?

Please create us a ftp account – otherwise we can’t debug the code because the php error blocks the access to the admin page.
Cheers!
PeterJuly 15, 2014 at 9:54 pm #291842Was there ever a solution to this problem?
Activated Enfold just fine on 1 site – tried it on another and got a blank white screen. I get the white screen in the “preview” also.

DOH! FACEPALM!
updated WordPress – all is working now!
Funny how the biggest problems can be resolved by the most basic things… LOL
Have a great day – and GREAT THEME!
