I was testing the upgrade to WP 3.9 on a testing site with just the original WP installation and after the upgrade all I see is a blank white page. If I look at the source code for the page all I see is “1.” at the top and that’s all.

Also the thumbnail for the Enfold theme within WP is all blank, just white.

All of the other themes work fine and are able to pull up the sample page and sample post that are there with the original install.

No one else seems to be having an issue with WP 3.9, what can my issue be? I have deleted the Enfold theme a couple of times and reuploaded and nothing and I am using Version 2.7.1.

    Hey pupito!

Please try deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps

    Hey!

Try uploading over FTP and monitor the upload for any errors: For a quick guide on updating your theme take a look at this video on updating the Enfold theme via FTP: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750

That would be my only idea on what could be causing the theme not to load like that for you.

    Cheers!

I have downloaded and tried this around 10 times with the same result.

I have downloaded both the WP files only and the entire pack of files, just in case there was an issue with one of the zip files, and nothing.

I also tried uploading the file through the WP admin panel and I get an error saying ‘Are you sure you want to do this?’ and try again, which just takes me back to reupload the theme.

Any chance that the file at ThemeForest is corrupt? All of the other themes work fine.

    Hey!

    Thank you for the update.

If you don’t mind, we would like to see the actual page. I’m not sure if I encountered this issue recently but I did saw a -1 string when I’m trying to work on a page. Deleting that page fix the issue. No, themeforest doesn’t allow themes that are corrupted and we will be flooded with the same inquiry by now if that is the case.

    Cheers!
    Ismael
