    Hi guys

    on my site http://www.pacerehab.com/ if you do a keyword search (top right of menu bar) then the results will show but if there is NO results then the entire page is blank (a grey screen with just the header).

    enter a word into the search such as “limb” and you will get the results as they should be.

    ie. enter the word “pig” into the search and you get a completely grey screen, I need this to show the no results etc.

    Any ideas why the no reults is not working?

    Hi Dan,

    Did you customise any of the theme templates or did you add plugins which might interfere with this functionality? Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Thank you, no sorry I didn’t see your post.

    Just looked and noticed you searched for “limbs”, this works. It is any word that is not on the site that brings up the grey screen.

    Try searching “pigs” or “potato” etc.

    I’ve installed and activated the above plugin.

    Same thing happens.

    I search for “pig” and get a blank grey screen

    Hi,

    I can’t reproduce the issue on my own installation. Have you tried disabling some of your plugins? Did you modify the site’s htaccess file?
