    Hello,
    There is a blank page while previewing enfold theme. Customization fields and pages are active but cant previewed. Default themes can be viewed.
    Enfold.zip comes within the themeforest zip file was loaded both way by ftp and file load.
    And only one plugin active for maintanace mode.

    I couldnt find the right documantation. I need help.

    Sometimes the dynamic elements don’t show correctly in a preview, please activate or save the page and then view.

    I saved and publish all I have done on theme options, customization and pages but I couldnt see anything yet on site.

    Sounds like you have a different error,
    Can you please include a admin login in the private content area so we can take a closer look.

    Hi bilgecelik,

    Thanks for giving us the admin access, I tried to check it and I could verify the issue on your page.
    However I could not replicate the same issue on my end. Can you give us ftp access also? so we can try to enable debugging and check further.
    Just post the details in private content.

    I see your webhost has PHP Version: 5.4.45 installed, please ask them to update your PHP version to v7.
