Dear Support,
After updating the theme, any time I update a page, the page goes blank and all content is removed. I have tried adding all different types of content (text, images, buttons) and I have enabled the WP Classic Editor in Theme Options, but nothing has worked.
I have been able to restore previous versions of pages, but need to add new content. Any information on how this can be fixed will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for the login details. Please give us step by step instructions on how to reproduce the problem that you are seeing on your end.
Best regards,
RikardNovember 3, 2025 at 3:31 pm #1490889Thanks, Rikard. To reproduce:
1. Go to the “Promotions (copy)” page. Feel free to do your testing here.
2. View the page.
3. Make an adjustment to the page and you will see the previous content disappear.I have included a screen recording of the issue in the private area. Thanks again.

November 3, 2025 at 5:02 pm #1490895Hi,
That happens because you have added html markup to your content, and not closed it properly:
Promotions <strong>You need to close all open tags, otherwise it will break the layout builder.
<strong>Bold text closed properly</strong>Best regards,
RikardNovember 3, 2025 at 5:13 pm #1490896Thanks, Rikard! It’s unlikely that the client knows about tags, how to add them or close them. Is it possible that the theme inadvertently left some broken markup behind?
Thanks again.

I wasn’t implying that the theme would- it’s just curious that broken markup ended up on the page since the client wouldn’t know how to do that. I’ll keep an eye out for any other funny stuff. Thanks again for your support.
