Hi everyone
I have decided to make the update of my enfold theme to the lest version! after the succes of the operation My website can’t show any content.
The page is blank/ white
Please help me I’m a beginer and the website is the main and the only one my company use

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Also provide FTP details for us

Your site is not loading at all on my end, the server is returning a 500 internal server error. Do you have access to server logs to see what could be going wrong?
Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

With Firefox I get blank page,
With Chrome, 500 Internal error!
can’t you connect to the server with the temporary account? I also provide ftp and cpanel settings in the private section.
