Blank page after loading

Hi Team,

After upgraded to the new theme and active some options from performance tab.

The site is loading but for a 4 to 5-second page get blank before fully loaded and slider get smaller. I have revert the setting to original and remove the cache plugin but still, pages get blank and slider gets shrink too.
