    Hi Team,

    After upgrading to the new theme and active some options from performance tab.

    The site is loading but for a 4 to 5-second page get blank and slider get smaller. then I revert the setting back to original and remove the cache plugin but still, pages get blank and slider gets shrink too.

    I have attached the link on the private box for you to check.

    Please let me know the solution.

    Hey DigitalBerg,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    There is something that runs and updated your site / refresh it or not loads the site at all
    Can we disable some pluygins?

    Yes, you can disable the plugin to check.

    Hi,

    If I leave only enfold activated, everything is looking fine so one of the plugins has to be wrong.

    Thanks but I have disabled all plugin to check, its the same and slider loaded as a shrink then loaded fully why?

    I have removed the plugin however still site’s slider loading slow with all the elements and then reload the site again after few seconds again.

    No, still the same.

    This starts, when I selected the “enable” options from Performance > Website performance and optimization tab. like: CSS file merging and compression and Javascript file merging and compression.

    I believe plugin wasn’t an issue.

    Please check.

    Hi DigitalBerg,

    Css and JavaScript merging does not do that. Did you do as asked you to do?

    Many plugins put staff in your .htaccess and then you end up investigating issues like this one.
