    Hi Victoria,

    Not sure which log, what is the directory. I logged in to my hosting provider and renamed the plugins folder to plugins.old but website still is not working.

    Hi Victoria,

    As I posted on another thread, is there anyone from Team Kriesi that could login to my hosting provider – Bluehost – and help me by using File Manager to see if there’s a way to fix my website? I am stuck and don’t know what to do.
