    How can I get a fully blank page? The blank page template still has a huge gap on the top. I disabled header and footer, and hid title bar. Within the layout I just have a full content module with a text module within it. I basically want everything moved up and maybe only be 20px from the top.

    Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

     #top.avia-blank #wrap_all { vertical-align: top; }
