    Hi Guys, when uploading an transparent .png file suddenly the media shows the image blank so I cant design nothing because I cant upload the pictures I need to upload im stuck here.. :)
    When uploading an full image i’ts no problem but transparent png did work a couple days ago check media.

    Im trying to place an image at the demo section at homepage below the header you see the 6 blocks and the middle i made an image icon for demo.

    When you check the media you will see 3 images that are blank but when opening here on different sites etc and or programs they show perfect,

    Dont know whats going on here :D

    Hi Victoria,

    Thanks for the links but nothing helped, i’ve had to rebuild the the website again…..
    Now I have this issue, the H1 font at home does not seem to change, you can see what it should look like on the upper right, see the screenshots please.
    Just take a look at it.
    What is going wrong?
    Can you please help :)

    Ive tried it but nothing seems to work.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    The font is set to Open Sans in the frontend. Isn’t what you’ve selected in the theme options > general styling panel? The actual font doesn’t display on the backend or page editor because the fonts are not loaded there.
